Vivek brings to the company 15 years of managerial, technical and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to founding Align IT, Vivek founded Metanoia Consulting in 2001 for providing business advisory and management consulting services. He has a sucessful track record of facilitating systematic transformation of SMEs into high performance businesses. His professional expertise centers around breakthrough performance improvement, business process re-engineering, enterprise change management and IT project management; with many hands-on implementation experiences and breakthrough projects across asia in manufacturing, trade and services industry.

Some of Vivek's long standing clients include companies viz. Shell, Total, Huhtamaki-PPL, BP, Mahindra & Mahindra, Netscribes, Henkel, ICI, Bharat Petroleum and many midsize and small companies.

Vivek has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and MBA. He is a Motorola University certified Six Sigma Professional.

Co-Founder & Director
Saif brings to the company over 16 years of professional experience in IT solution design, development, programming and project management. Prior to co-founding Align IT, Saif founded Graficali in 1998 for providing software solutions in multimedia, web and business applications, primarily for SME sector. He was with TCS for 6 years in domains of C++, OOPS, RDBMS. He was a project leader for the US Air's Maintenance software implementation at Air India.

Some of Saif's clients include Taj Hotels, L'Oreal, KPMG, Tata Trent, Euro RSCG, Development Credit Bank, Mahindra British Telecom and many midsize and small companies.

Saif has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering
